The Deep Work: Single 75-Min Session

One 75-minute call. Bring whatever is alive in your work right now—a specific project, a creative crossroads, a stuck place, a question you can’t stop circling, or simply the need for someone to think and process alongside you. Together, we’ll make space for both the creative and emotional realities of the work and help you reconnect to what’s most important. You’ll leave with greater clarity, concrete next steps, and a recording to return to whenever you need it.

The Deep Work: 3-Session Intensive

Three 60-minute sessions, spaced however works best for you. Some writers come in with a specific project we build around—clarity first, then momentum, then what’s next. Others need an ongoing space to process, reconnect to the work, and move through resistance as it unfolds. Either way, you’ll leave each session with concrete next steps, renewed momentum, and support that extends beyond a single conversation.

The Deep Work: 12-Week Mentorship

Twelve weeks of weekly 60-minute calls and Voxer support between sessions. We move at the pace your writing and creative life actually require, whether we’re building around a specific project or following what’s unfolding in real time. You’ll leave each session with clarity, momentum, next steps, and the feeling of having someone fully in your corner for the deep work. Developmental Editing

I work with memoir, personal essay, and narrative nonfiction—writing that comes from life and asks something real of the person making it.

My role is to read your work deeply and help you see both what’s already alive in it and what wants to emerge more fully. Together, we look at the larger architecture of the piece: structure, emotional arc, pacing, voice, narrative tension, and the deeper questions the work is circling beneath the surface.

You send me your manuscript, essay, or work-in-progress, and I return a detailed editorial letter alongside in-manuscript notes and reflections. We then schedule a follow-up call to talk through the feedback together and discuss where the work wants to go next.

You do not need a finished draft to work with me. I read completed manuscripts, works in progress, exploratory drafts, and projects that are still finding their shape. If the work exists and you’re looking for thoughtful, honest, deeply engaged feedback, that’s enough.

Developmental editing is billed at $0.05 per word or at an agreed-upon flat project rate. A 60,000-word memoir generally falls around $3,000.
