The Inner Room

This is not your typical writing community. The Inner Room is a living somatic writing space devoted to helping you stay in your body while writing the hard story.

It's an ongoing seasonal container where we gather weekly, ground into the body before the work begins, and return to the page together, again and again. This isn’t about squeezing writing into your life. We’re building a rhythm you can live inside so your writing becomes sustainable, not something you’re constantly trying to resurrect.

The Structure

The Inner Room runs in 3-month seasons.

Spring Season: April 1 – June 30

Enrollment is a quarterly subscription of $200 every 3 months.

Your subscription renews at the start of the next 3-month session. Summer enrollment will open at the end of the Spring season. This structure allows us to move in rhythm together.

This Space Is For You If…

  • You want to write consistently but find it hard to sustain alone.
  • You’re navigating fear, shame, or resistance on the page and want steady support.
  • You crave an intimate community of women committed to writing the hard thing.
  •  You’re tired of opening something on the page and feeling like it follows you around for the rest of the day.
  • You want your writing practice to include breath, body awareness, and nervous-system support.
  • You want to move through hard stories grounded and with compassion—without leaving your body.
  • You’ve lost pieces of yourself to work, family, or responsibility and feel ready to reclaim your voice and your writing time.
  • You’re tired of carrying your stories alone.
  • You want a devoted rhythm—a place to return each week so the practice doesn’t slip away when life gets busy.
  • You want real eyes on your work—thoughtful reflection from women who are walking this path with you.

There’s something that happens when we keep returning week after week instead of disappearing when it gets hard. Fear loosens. Courage, curiosity, and inspiration build. The work deepens because it’s witnessed and held inside a steady circle. This isn’t just about producing pages. It’s about staying in relationship with your voice, your story, and your body in community.
